Bob Saget’s Widow Kelly Rizzo Confirms She Left Their Home 3 Months After His Death

Kelly Rizzo has left the home she shared with her late husband Bob Saget.

the Eat Travel Rock host, 42, confirmed the news in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday – and previewed his new digs, including a wall of “Bob things”. She also shared what she misses the most about the actor and comedian.

“So, yes, I moved – you get it,” Rizzo said two weeks later. We Weekly said she was selling the house she shared with Full house star in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

She said every day since Saget’s unexpected death on Jan. 9 “has its own personality,” as she mourns. “I will have a much worse day this week than a month ago. Some days are good. Some are sad. But generally, every day has a bit of everything in it.”

As she settled into her new home in Hollywood, she found that “it helps me organize a lot of the ‘Bob stuff’ that’s around me and reminds me of him.” She said it was “comforting” and “therapeutic” to be surrounded by “happy memories of Bob and stuff”.

She captured video of a shelf containing some of their 2018 wedding photos. There was also a candle, a martini glass and a roll of film.

The foodie also shared a panoramic video of her kitchen with blue cabinets, saying, “It’s very cheerful and bright.” On the counter was a picture of Bob and a plate with a picture of them together.

Rizzo told their engagement story (it happened while they were watching stranger things), and showed her a “B” tattoo on her arm and a new necklace with the same initial given to her by a friend. She also shared some of the bereavement books she has read.

She said what made her go through the day was “feeling grateful for what I had with” Saget, who died of blunt head trauma in a hotel room in Orlando, Florida, while he was on the road for his comedy tour. “And what I still have. And not feeling like I lost my husband, but feeling like I still have him. It’s just a different relationship.”

Rizzo also credited “Bob’s amazing girls”: Aubrey, Jennifer and Lara. “I love them more than anything. I’m so grateful to them [and] I couldn’t imagine not having them.” She also spoke of the support from her family, Bob’s friends, her friends “and the love and support from everyone” she has felt since the tragedy.

She also shared that she hasn’t traveled in three months, which is a big part of her life and work, and she’s getting back to it starting with a trip to Chicago next week. She also has an international work trip coming up, followed by a family wedding in Sicily this summer.

The Q&A ended on an emotional note when someone asked her what she had missed about Saget, who was 65.

“Hug him,” she replied, before the grief seeped in again.

According to We Weekly report, Rizzo is “in the process of putting their family home up for sale. Although there were many happy memories they shared with her family, it became too much for her to keep the house”, which Saget reportedly bought for $5.8. million.

Home was where she mourned Saget with her friends and Full house the family gathers there after the death of the star to mourn.
